  • I’m telling you, I am absolutely in love with these teas!!! I look forward to my daily cup soooooo much. I can’t get over how incredible they taste. My boyfriend is jealous. I’ve been experiencing all of these benefits since I started drinking the tea that I didn’t even realize were hormone related! My skin is way clearer/more glowey, I have much fewer sugar cravings, and I dont get an afternoon crash of energy anymore that I used to get every day.   • First of all, these teas taste absolutely AMAZING. I would drink them every day even if they weren’t balancing my hormones!!  But, after 3.5 months drinking them, I’ve noticed a ton of changes. My periods were all over the place (usually 35+ days apart) and my last one was exactly 28 days. I usually get really bad cramps (to the point that I have had to take off work sometimes) and I was SHOCKED but when I got my period last, I felt almost zero cramping. And finally, I usually always break out in the week before my period and now I’ve stopped. I’ve been telling all of my friends about this tea and now they’re all ordering it too.

  • I’ve looked for cycle syncing tea before and never found it. I don’t understand why no one has made this before. I used to try to make it in my own kitchen, but it was such a hassle to deal with all the loose herbs and I was never sure if I was doing it right. Plus, they didn’t taste nearly as good as these. I’m so beyond excited for this product. I’ve only been drinking it for a month, but I honestly really love it so far.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this tea—I'm obsessed!

Where do I even begin? First of all, the taste is amazing. It’s honestly hard to stop at just one cup a day (I’ve definitely reused the tea bag to sneak in a second). And surprisingly, they taste just as delicious cold! Whether it’s a cozy winter evening or a hot summer day on the patio, this has become my go-to drink.

But beyond the taste—these teas actually work. They’ve eased my menstrual symptoms in ways I didn’t think were possible. I used to get splitting migraines during my period, and since drinking this tea, those headaches have completely disappeared. I also feel more energized—no more period lethargy dragging me down.

My period became regular for the first time in one year!

After just a couple of months of drinking Sync Botanicals Monthly Box of tea, my period became regular for the first time in one year. I had been having periods that were all over the place- sometimes skipping them entirely. I am definitely never going to stop drinking this tea now. Also, it tastes INCREDIBLE.
