Refund policy
Because Sync Botanicals is a food product, we are unable to accept returns for health and safety reasons. All sales are final once an order has been processed.
We understand that things happen and will always do our best to make sure you have a great experience with us. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or there’s an error with your shipment, please email us at hello@syncbotanicalsco.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.
Please note that refills and subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds once processed. Subscriptions can be paused or canceled anytime before your next renewal date.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
